✨Turn around time is 10-15 business days on all orders! On occasion I get them out sooner but sooner is not guaranteed unless you add a rush to your order (read below)

✨PREORDERS all have their own turn around time and it is stated in the post with that order

✨orders will not be refunded for deciding to not wait stated TAT. It is shown in multiple places, as soon as your order is placed, supplies are ordered. 

✨rushing an order is an option but you must check with me first. Focals are always changing so I need to ensure I can make what you want as perfect as you want it! 

✨local pickup is at 4546 Mount Zion Rd. You will get an email when your order is ready!! Just message me before you come because I don’t leave the orders out when we’re not here! This is the ONLY pickup location. As much as I’d love to meet everyone somewhere or take orders to somewhere easier…. There’s just too many of you 😅

✨items cannot be returned. The only exception is if the item is damaged upon receiving. You must email a photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving the item
